After School Iron will teach you how to effectively train using weights. The class is led by a certified personal trainer where you'll learn lifting techniques, various exercises, and workout routines. The goal is to promote safe lifting habits, confidence in the gym, and build strength.

Summer Strength & Performance

Summer | Ages 10 - 14 | Mon & Tues
1 - 2 pm | Fergus Falls YMCA

Build strength, boost agility, and enhance endurance in this 8-week training program designed for youth ages 10 - 14 looking to level up their fitness! Participants will learn the fundamentals of weightlifting, improve conditioning, and develop agility--all under the guidance of a certified personal trainer. Each class includes 30 minutes of weight training and 30 minutes of gym-based agility and conditioning, ensuring a well-rounded fitness experience.
