Stress Management
Understanding Stress: Stress is a natural response to many situations and understanding it can help manage its effects. Some stressors are normal like, planning a wedding, moving, or exciting events. Some stressors, like work problems or financial problems, can cause negative effects such as poor physical health. The CDC’s page on coping with stress provides strategies for managing stress, including taking breaks from news, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, connecting with others, and seeking professional help when needed.
