Week Six | Theme: Moving Forward
We’ve almost made it! As we enter the last week of the challenge, look back and re-evaluate your goals. What were your 'wins?' Did your goals change? Are there still areas where you can make progress? This is a great time to revisit your SMART goals from Week 1 so you can keep making improvements and continuing your momentum from the last few weeks.
Additionally, we recommend that you go back and complete the Week 6 Fitness Test on your tracker. This is just another way that you can track your progress that doesn’t involve the scale.
We get it: motivation is hard, and sometimes it's difficult to stay on track if you don't have a structured plan. We've all learned some great tools throughout the last six weeks – but below, you can find some additional resources to help you move forward and continue crushing your goals!
