Join us at the Fergus Falls YMCA as we host an open house to welcome our new Operations Director! This special event is an opportunity for the community to meet and greet Stephanie Grow and learn how she plans to contribute to our mission of fostering health, wellness, and community connection.
In her role, Stephanie will serve as the primary leader of the Fergus Falls YMCA, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for the YMCA’s mission to the local community. Stephanie began her YMCA career in 2010 as a full-time assistant teacher, inspired by her son’s first year of preschool. Over the past 14 years, she has held various positions within the YMCA Learning Centers, including assistant teacher, teacher, coordinator, director-in-training, assistant director, director, and regional director. Most recently, she was instrumental in a growth initiative for a childcare program in partnership with the YWCA, demonstrating her ability to foster collaboration and create meaningful change.
