YMCA Personal Trainers will work with you one-on-one to identify your goals, level of fitness, areas for growth, and more. A personal trainer is available at both locations, every day from open to close.

One-Time Form Check

Take a hands on approach to evaluating your squat, deadlift, bench, press and/or Olympic Lifts, including power cleans and power snatch form. This 90 min. session gives one-on-one attention, focusing on any types of lifts or training areas to break through any sticking points or plateaus in your lifting technique. We focus on proper cueing and technique to build a stronger foundation in your lifting.

Smart Start Fitness Center Orientation

Whether you’re a life-long athlete or just joined a gym for the first time, we want you to feel comfortable in our fitness centers! That’s why we offer a FREE 30 minute Smart Start Fitness Center Orientation to all members. A YMCA Personal Trainer will walk you through our Fitness Center guidelines, show you how to use the cardio and weight equipment, answer any questions you may have, and more!
